- Acted as leading counsel of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on the second loan to the Lithuanian Public Investment Development Agency (VIPA) for greening buildings in Lithuania
- Assisted Saldo Finance in obtaining a specialised bank license from the Bank of Lithuania and the European Central Bank
- Assisted Payrnet/ Railsbank in successfully obtaining an e-money institution license from the Bank of Lithuania
- Assisted RIA Financial in setting up a company in Lithuania and obtaining a payment institution license from the Bank of Lithuania
- Assisted Simplex in the acquisition transaction with Safecharge/ Nuvei
- Advised international banks on several Eurobond issuances as well as the largest ever IPO of Ignitis Group
- Advised private funds of Blackstone in relation to acquisition of a controlling stake in Luminor Bank
- Advised DAT group in financing of acquisition of aircraft hangar located in Kaunas, Lithuania
