Webb Henderson's Sydney-based, boutique-style practice tackles an impressive range of high-stakes mandates, often at state Supreme, Federal or High Court level, through the use of small, senior partner-led teams. The team is especially active on matters involving securities, insolvency or product liability issues, and experienced in the management of class actions. It is widely acknowledged for well-developed expertise - acquired representing both public and private sector players - in the regulatory sphere, and further noted for its frequent representation of individual executives in both insolvency-related and criminal proceedings in superior State and Commonwealth courts.

Andrew Christopher co-heads the practice and is particularly well-known for his work on regulatory matters, where he frequently acts both for and against the ACCC. He is also active across a range of contractual, intellectual property and trade secrets disputes.

James Whittaker is an experienced handler of class action and product liability litigation and is also noted for his work on Royal Commissions and other public inquiries. Based in Sydney, he is also increasingly active on matters at the point where media and technological concerns intersect.

Reaymond McGuinness co-heads the team and offers over three decades of experience in the handling of commercial disputes, including class actions, and contractual and securities-related disputes, commanding particular respect for his representation of individual executives in insolvency-related and regulatory cases.
