Our Austrian capital markets department is best known for highly specialized legal advice for issuers, underwriters/bookrunners and investors in relation to equity and debt capital market transactions (ECM/DCM). Our practice includes work on IPOs, re-IPOs, rights issues, secondary placements, accelerated book buildings, convertible bonds, high yield bonds, corporate bonds (stand alone and debt issuance programs), tier I and tier-II instruments, secured / covered bonds as well as warrants.
