Westerberg & Partners was formed in 2019 when the dispute resolution and intellectual property teams in the Stockholm office of one of Sweden’s largest full-service firms broke away to form a new boutique firm.
The dispute resolution team has solid experience in domestic and international arbitration, both commercial and investor-state, as well as litigation. We are often involved in complex cross-border disputes. Westerberg’s specialists have unrivalled experience in matters dealing with annulment and enforcement of arbitral awards. We are regularly acting for and against sovereign states. These matters often raise complex issues of public international law.
Our client base is largely international and we work with many of the most discerning clients and law firms in the world. We want to be a partner to our clients and we approach our clients’ needs with open-mindedness, focus and flexibility.
