- White & Case represented SMBC, Mizuho Bank and Aozora Bank as mandated lead arrangers in connection with the senior secured facilities provided to an acquisition vehicle of Bain Capital Private Equity for its acquisition of Evident.
- White & Case advised the arrangers on the provision of up to USD295 million term loan facilities and an up to USD35 million revolving credit facility to a vehicle sponsored by CVC Capital Partners to finance part of the consideration for the acquisition of a controlling stake in Sajjan India.
