Work Highlights
- White & Case advised Saudi Aramco on the development of two large-scale petrochemical projects in China, including its joint development agreement with state-owned corporation North Huajin and Panjin Xincheng Industrial Group to develop an integrated refining and petrochemical complex in Liaoning, China.
- White & Case continued to advise the Suburban Rail Loop Authority on the procurement and delivery of the AUD50 billion Suburban Rail Loop.
- White & Case advised Saudi Aramco on its heads of agreement with Sinopec to build a refinery and petrochemical project in Fujian Province, China.
- White & Case assisted the lenders, including K-SURE and other ECAs, with extending USD2.3 billion senior financing to Uzbekistan GTL to fund its development, construction and operation of a gas-to-liquid plant in the Kashkadarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
