There is a growing awareness among employees and companies of the various rights and obligations in employment relationships. This does not only relate to termination and dismissals, but also discussions on employee benefits, holiday entitlement, working hours, bonus and incentive schemes.
We have long experience related to preparation of employment contracts, termination agreements and various issues related to employment terms and conditions.
