We work on all types of IT agreements and have assisted in the revision of the Government Standard Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement (SSA), which are the most frequently used IT model agreements in Norway even among private companies.
All companies process personal data. We have market leading knowledge and experience in all aspects of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We provide business oriented and practical advice to clients in IT-contracts, product development, GDPR compliance projects and data breach scenarios and with regard to data processing agreements and transfer of personal data to third countries.
Wikborg Rein's Technology and Digitalization team also has wide experience in technology licensing and distribution agreements and in related areas such as marketing law. We regularly assist in technology transactions, and work closely with our highly skilled M&A team and IPR team.
