About

Provided by Wilson Solicitors LLP

Their immigration department is one of the largest in the country - fifty solicitors and caseworkers specialising in this complex area of law. Their highly experienced team is able to deal with any aspect of immigration and nationality law. From refugee law through to business migration, from personal and family migration to Global Talent and skilled worker visas. They challenge deportations and removals that are unlawful. With meticulous preparation many applications are successfully resolved on the initial submission to the Home Office. They represent in around 200 First Tier Tribunal appeals a year with a success rate of over 80%. They represent clients at all levels of the judicial ladder up to the UK Supreme Court and have appeared in both the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. They partner with charities and NGO's and in recent years have been funded to provide immigration advice to EU nationals, the street homeless in London, and most recently Ukrainian refugees and their families. They have received funding from the European Commission and the Mayor of London. They have a long tradition of advising the LGBT+ community and work closely with a number of LGBT+ charities and NGOs.
