In the challenging legal landscape for Competition practice domain, fresh thinking and innovative insights are required as the markets adjust to changing economic, political and regulatory conditions. Our team has been working closely with authorities in both Serbia and Montenegro ever since their set up. In both jurisdictions, the members of our team have worked on the first notifications ever submitted and have been actively contributing to the development of the authorities' practices in line with EU law.

Our Cases

We advise international and local clients from various industries on a multitude of transactions that require a high level of competition law expertise, including merger filings, leniency programmes, analyses of restrictive agreements, definitions of relevant market and related dominance issues. Highlight areas of our practice include distribution and franchise issues, competition compliance, state aid and merger control. Our work encompassed a multi-jurisdictional due diligence, negotiating the transaction documents and advising on pre-closing restructuring until the successful completion of the transaction. We continue to advise KKR & Co. Inc and DTEK on a regular, on-going basis.
