Our Cases
We successfully advised GreyLion Partners LP, a prominent private equity firm, on its significant equity investment in Birdseye Security Solutions, a leader in tech-enabled logistics security. The transaction marks Birdseye’s first institutional capital infusion and represents a pivotal development in the company’s growth. We also advised Steve Madden Ltd, a US public fashion company, on acquiring a majority stake in a Serbian distributor and an indirect stake in a Croatian distributor, including ongoing operations. The transaction involved negotiating US-governed documents and aligning corporate governance with Serbian law.
