Our Cases
We successfully advised Sona BLW Precision Forgings, a global leader in transmission solutions, in relation to the acquisition of a majority stake in Serbian tech company Novelic Beograd, a provider of mmWave radar sensors, perception solutions and full-stack embedded systems. We also advised Lottomatica Group on Serbian, Austrian and Czech law aspects on its acquisition of a group of entities operating in the gambling sector. In one of the largest M&A transactions globally, Veolia took further steps in acquiring Suez Groupe - our team advised on all the corporate law steps needed for the change of control onto the Serbian subsidiaries. We continue to build our portfolio of M&A deals in the renewable energy, IP/IT and healthcare sectors.
