Our Corporate/M&A team regularly advises foreign investors on setting up new businesses. This includes equity or asset acquisitions from existing businesses and arranging joint ventures with local partners in Hungary and the wider CEE/SEE region.

Our key strengths are our geographical reach and interconnected teams. Our lawyers have extensive experience in successfully negotiating and closing all types of transactions ranging from share deals, asset deals, leveraged buyouts, management buy-outs, to management buy-ins including regulatory advice.
