Our team handles a diverse portfolio of transactional work, providing both buyers and sellers with legal advice throughout every stage of M&A transactions. This includes guidance in their transactional due diligence, documentation and negotiating processes, as well as assistance during the closing and post-closing phases. We also support our clients in their joint ventures, restructurings and reorganisations. We act both as lead counsel and as local counsel for major international corporations.
Spanning offices across 13 CEE/SEE countries, our network gives us the reach and resources to seamlessly collaborate with other jurisdictions and practice groups such as dispute resolution, IP/TMT, banking & finance, tax and real estate. Whether it is a cross-border deal or a local matter, our integrated approach ensures that clients receive the most comprehensive advice tailored to their needs.
