The Corporate/M&A team at the Wolf Theiss office in the Czech Republic handles a diverse portfolio of transactional work, providing both buyers and sellers with legal advice throughout every stage of M&A transactions. This includes guidance in their transactional due diligence, documentation and negotiating processes, as well as assistance during the closing and post-closing phases. We also support our clients in their joint ventures, restructurings and reorganisations. We act both as lead counsel and as local counsel for major international corporations across various industries such as private equity and investment funds, technology, banking, finance & insurance, pharmaceutical & healthcare, chemicals & materials, as well as energy.
Spanning offices across 13 CEE/SEE countries and a central European hub in Brussels, our network gives us the reach and resources to seamlessly collaborate with other jurisdictions and practice groups such as dispute resolution, IP/TMT, banking & finance, tax and real estate.
