Our dedicated team of experts excels in navigating complex litigation cases, often related to cross-border legal matters and/or governed by foreign law. In many disputes we are the forerunners, both in terms of complexity of legal matters handled in Serbia, and the presentation and case-resolving, thus developing new court practice. Most of our clients are financial institutions and large corporations, hence the cases we handle vary from pure financial disputes to commercial matters, IP infringement and insolvency-related disputes.

Our Cases

In 2023, our team pioneered new legal practices in interim injunctions matters, evidence scrutiny and subordination undertakings, in Serbia and Montenegro. We represented a foreign embassy and public agencies in civil litigation and high-profile criminal proceedings, arising from identified misuse and embezzlement of funds used within a project originally financed by the client. Our insolvency practice handles benchmark cases like Nibens Group and Targo Telekom, involving debtor restructuring either based on Pre-Packs or regular Reorganization Plans. We defend clients in customs, tax and foreign exchange proceedings, navigating complex commercial regulations and international treaties to mitigate sanctions.
