Our team consists of energy and infrastructure experts with considerable experience in the Serbian regulatory landscape. We are one of the very few law firms that advised on every major PPP project and concession in the market. We advised key stakeholders in Serbia's landmark projects while guiding them on ESG matters, positioning them as industry frontrunners.

Our Cases

Our team is at the forefront of the expansion of renewables, particularly wind and solar. In 2023, we advised numerous companies in designing self-consumption generation capacities for larger industrials – an option to be fully developed within the next year and setting innovative example for the projects to come. Our work includes each client's compliance with the regulatory, commercial and tax environment aimed at optimising the CEE location for establishing new business. We advise foreign traders in connection with oil, gas, and power trading activities in the CEE/SEE region, particularly on the SEEPEX power exchange and considering Serbia's path to EU single market accession. We continue to advise Suez Groupe (now Vigie Groupe) on the landmark WTE project in Serbia. We keep building our portfolio of M&A deals in the energy sector with the intense and fast-paced negotiation of several parallel acquisitions from different sellers.
