These transactions include single bank loans and credit facilities (ranging from short-term unsecured facilities to global banking facilities involving multijurisdictional collateral), bilateral loans, syndicated loans and participations, and typically comprise term loans, revolving loans, letter of credit facilities and/or bid loan facilities.
Having acted for both lenders and borrowers, or as transactional counsel on numerous deals, we draw on unique insight to develop creative and effective strategies for negotiation, compliance and risk management.
