Our Capital Markets Practice advises issuers and underwriters on public and private placements, including primary and secondary listings on the Singapore Exchange and elsewhere. Our expertise spans across both debt and equity fund raisings.
We have been involved in many IPOs on the Singapore Exchange, including IPOs of REITs and Business Trusts. Our advice is also regularly sought on primary and secondary listings on the Singapore Exchange for companies that are already listed on their home exchange. We also act as international counsel for issuers in South East Asia, including in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Our Firm is also a leading player in debt capital market transactions, including issuances of retail structured notes, bonds cum warrants, plain vanilla bonds, and convertible and exchangeable bonds, issuances and listing of structured warrants on the SGX-ST.
We are also a leading player in securitisations and other structured financing transactions in Singapore, including rated and unrated commercial mortgage-backed securitisations, on-and off-balance sheet residential receivables-backed securitisations as well as insurance-linked securities.
