Our Investment Funds Practice advises clients across the range of funds on the full spectrum of issues related to fund structuring, regulation, formation and management. Whether it is private equity, hedge funds, infrastructure, or real estate funds, fund-of-funds and other collective investment schemes targeted at institutional and accredited investors, we seek to ensure that our clients have the tools to make the most suitable investment decisions.
Our expertise in fund formation, structuring, legal documentation and regulatory advice (including representing clients in liaising with Singapore regulatory authorities), as well as familiarity with the Singapore Tax Resident Fund scheme, enables us to provide our clients with tax-optimised fund structures.
