On the contentious front, we have handled many appeals and cases relating to all tax types, with heightened focus on corporate and international taxation. This includes reported court decisions that are landmark cases in revenue law. We also advise on tax issues arising in debt financing, restructuring, swaps, funds, securitisations and corporate real estate deals.
Our clients hail from across many industries which include banks, insurers, funds, property developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Multinational Corporations.
