Yoon & Yang’s Banking & Finance Practice Group (Group) consists of approximately 55 lawyers who have practical skills in dealing with banking and finance transactions and expertise in the finance related industry. Particularly, the Group has established a system to consult and prevent issues from arising in advance by maintaining smooth communication with the Korean financial authorities such as the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) and Financial Services Commission (FSC).
