The Corporate, M&A practice is handled by two groups within our Firm: The Mergers and Acquisitions Group headed by Dr. Ingy Badawy and the Capital Markets Group headed by Mr. Anwar Zeidan. Dr. Firas El Samad is a prominent and active member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in addition to being the head of the Competition Law and Information Technology Group.
