Community Service:
Adams and Reese is consistently recognized in the legal industry for dedication to serving our communities throughout our regional footprint. Adams and Reese’s corporate philanthropy program, HUGS (Hope, Understanding, Giving, and Support) was founded in 1988 and has devoted financial resources and thousands of volunteer hours to assist those in need within our communities. Caring Adams and Reese Employees (CA&RE) allows every lawyer to provide pro bono work for clients and nonprofit organizations who cannot afford to pay for an attorney.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:
Adams and Reese is proud to have achieved Mansfield Rule 5.0 Certification, recognizing our commitment to closing diversity gaps within our own leadership and my extension, the legal profession as a whole. The firm's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) efforts date back to the 1980s with the formation of a DE&I Committee that works with the Executive Committee, Practice Group Leaders and Firm Administration and Management to instill internal and external initiatives.
