The firm was founded in 1991 by José Del Chiaro, formerly the head of the Government’s Secretariat of Economic Law (SDE) and head of CADE. Headquartered in São Paulo, the country’s economic heartland, we also maintain our own fully integrated office in the federal capital of Brasília to ensure close contact with relevant authorities.
