General Corporate/Business:

The firm’s lawyers have broad experience in cross-borders transactions, and are highly specialised in commercial and corporate law in assisting its clients to determine the best corporate strategy to achieve their goals. Some of the services provided in this area are incorporation, dissolution, liquidation, complex corporate transactions, corporate and financing restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, negotiation and drafting of commercial and corporate agreements, including agency, franchises, concessions, international transactions of goods and services and joint ventures.

Antitrust:
The firm provides advice in antitrust cases, representing clients from a variety of industry segments, and has experience in obtaining antitrust clearances for domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
