Among our recent main transactional work, we can highlight the advice to Aenza in the two-times Deal of the Year cross-border transaction regarding the purchase of 33.86% of its shares by IG4 Capital Infrastructure Investment LP; advised several global investment firms, members of the Elliott Management, Bain Capital and Monarch groups, in the shortlisted Deal of the Year transaction pertaining the restructuring of the Chilean group Gildemeister, one of the leading vehicles company in Latin America; advised a Peruvian syndicate of lenders, formed by BBVA Perú, BCP and Interbank, in a financing transaction in favor of Talma Servicios Aeroportuarios, a leading Peruvian airport services company operating in several airports throughout Peru. Among other legal services provided to heavyweight players such as Ab InBev, Antamina, Backus, Chubb Seguros, Credicorp, Gold Fields, Hudbay, BBVA, Aenza, Falabella Orica, Intercorp, Minas Buenaventura, Procter & Gamble, Rio Tinto, Pan American Silver, Lumina Copper, Lundin Mining Perú, The Carlyle Group, Viettel Peru – Bitel among others.
