Corporate, M&A:
The team assists entrepreneurs in their business operations. It advises on mergers, demergers, transformations and liquidation of companies. The team works for foreign entities starting up in Poland and helps companies to implement solutions that are effective from a legal and tax perspective, ensuring the protection of board members, company assets and owners. Aviation:
Łaszczuk & Partners represents the carriers in administrative proceedings before the President of the Civil Aviation Office concerning all types of licences, approvals and notifications as well as provides support in establishing branches in Poland for clients from the aviation industry. The team also has many years of experience representing air carriers in cases involving passenger complaints for cancelled or delayed flights, in court or before the Civil Aviation Office.
