Specialisms include crisis management, banking, derivatives and structured products disputes, regulatory investigations, sanctions, fraud and white-collar crime, global cartel investigations, competition and antitrust litigation, insolvency disputes, contentious tax, energy and infrastructure disputes, pensions litigation, BIT and international commercial arbitrations and property litigation.

Pensions: the pensions group advises both trustees and corporates on the full range of pensions issues, including tailored funding solutions, regulatory, governance and investment issues.

Private equity: expertise in all aspects, from establishing the fund to advising private equity houses and other financial sponsor clients on leveraged transactions including private acquisitions, take-privates, carve-outs, consortium deals and distressed acquisitions and private sale and IPO exits.

Projects: advice on project financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors: oil and gas, petrochemical, power, green energy (renewables), telecoms, mining, water, PPP/PFI, together with all other aspects including investment vehicles, hybrid and structured financing and refinancing.

Real estate: global specialists in investment, development, M&A, finance, tax, funds, environment, planning and disputes.

Restructuring and insolvency: leading expertise across the full range of stressed and distressed situations, including balance sheet restructurings, debt and equity capital raising, secondary investments, liquidity management, distressed M&A, investigations, asset tracing, insolvency litigation, formal insolvency procedures and contingency planning.
