MAMG Advogados is a boutique firm founded early 2021 by L.O Baptista’s former Arbitration team, which is specialized in dispute resolution, including consulting and litigation, prevention and resolution of administrative, judicial and – mainly – national and international arbitral disputes. In three years since its foundation, MAMG has become a reference in the market, being recognized by clients, peers and the most relevant international publications as a leading firm in the arbitration area.

Our firm handles complex commercial and corporate judicial disputes involving different economic sectors (M&A, infrastructure, banking, media, international trade, energy, among others). The firm is also specialized in mediation, dispute boards and negotiations. With a team that, in addition to its vast professional experience, has a solid academic background, MAMG also provides strategic legal advice in risk assessments and opinions in highly complex projects.

Our partners also work as arbitrators, mediators and members of dispute boards in multiple cases and are frequently invited to publish academic papers, as well as to participate as speakers and lecturers in events and seminars. Our partners also participate in committees and task forces in important arbitration institutions, such as ICC, CAMARB, CIESP/FIESP, CAM-CCBC and CBAr.
