Corporate & Commercial/M&A: MPR Partners has a state-of-the-art corporate/M&A team, who have been nominate for and awarded numerous awards. The leading business and financial newspaper and online portal Ziarul Financiar, awarded the firm the award for the FMCG biggest and most important transaction, and also nominated it for a second major FMCG transaction for one of the largest transactions in the chemicals industry. The department is co-headed by the two expert founding partners, who have played key roles in several outstanding M&As and corporate projects over the last 16 years. Dispute Resolution/Litigation, Arbitration & ADR: With 3 partners acknowledged for their arbitration practice, insolvency specialised partners, associated tax advisors and specialised criminal lawyers on board, MPR is well equipped to go beyond commercial litigations and cover the full spectrum of high-profile disputes.
