• Arbitration: The firm has developed a special reputation for arbitration and mediation. Members of the firm regularly act as arbitrators in complex - often cross-border - disputes (competition law, construction law, corporate disputes, etc.).

• Commercial and corporate litigation: Omega Law represents its national and international clients in their proceedings before Belgian courts, including the Supreme Court and the Market Court. The firm has particular expertise in financial and regulatory disputes, complex construction disputes, breach of contract, environmental law, real estate, public procurement, media law and corporate disputes.

• Crime: Omega Law routinely handles criminal proceedings, particularly those involving white-collar crime and corporate liability. The firm also has extensive expertise in disciplinary matters.

• Supreme Court: Omega Law has two lawyers in its ranks who are admitted to plead before the Belgian Supreme Court. The firm therefore has an extensive Supreme Court litigation department.
