THE FIRM This boutique road transport firm with more than 35 years of experience and nationwide coverage advises commercial vehicle operators of all types (coach and bus, HGV, hackney carriage, stretch limousine and private hire) as well as their drivers on all aspects of Operator Licensing (including local authority and the Public Carriage Office), regulatory compliance and best practice, clandestine entrant and illegal immigration Border Force cases, the lawful use of equestrian vehicles, construction and use, dangerous loads, dangerous goods, Police and DVSA investigations, tachograph prosecutions, plus health and safety. The practice also gives advice and representation at interviews under caution, all road traffic criminal prosecutions (from death by dangerous to parking), and all Traffic Commissioner Public Inquiries and appeals.
The practice provides a full employment law service, specialist litigation services including judicial review as well as commercial and contractual advice for its transport clients.
