Reevemark was founded by five experienced practitioners: Brandy Bergman, Hugh Burns, Paul Caminiti, Renée Soto, and Delia Cannan. Four of the Founding Partners are former lawyers, including a NY state prosecutor, a federal criminal defense attorney, a corporate attorney and a federal litigator. All five Founding Partners have extensive experience guiding public and private companies, as well as high-profile individuals, through challenging, high-stakes civil and criminal litigation, regulatory, crises and reputational matters. Since its founding, Reevemark has grown to 17 employees, including individuals with backgrounds in law and business.

Crisis & Reputation Management

Reevemark helps clients prepare for and navigate challenging communications issues while managing legal and reputational risk. From commercial and product issues to financial disclosures and personnel matters, Reevemark’s senior team has guided clients through some of the most high-profile and potentially brand impacting situations over the last 25 years. Reevemark works closely with clients and their legal advisors to provide strategic counsel and execution that best positions the client in the media and with investors and other stakeholders. The team identifies the most likely scenarios and develops and executes a crisis plan to ensure that messages reach all key stakeholders and executives are prepared for the toughest questions. Reevemark provides live support to clients in crisis by coordinating all internal and external communications, including with traditional media and on social media.

Led by four lawyers who have been providing strategic communications counsel on sensitive legal situations for more than two decades, Reevemark’s experience in bet-the-company litigation and regulatory matters is unrivalled. The team helps public and private companies, professional service firms, and other organizations navigate high-stakes legal matters that often play out in the media.
