S-RM is a global intelligence and cyber security consultancy comprising 400+ practitioners across eight international offices, serving clients across all regions and major sectors. Headquartered in London with offices in New York, Washington, D.C, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Cape Town, and Utrecht. S-RM supports clients by providing intelligence that informs critical decision-making and strategies.

  • S-RM has a dedicated Deal Advisory practice that provides specialist pre-transactional advisory support to clients. S-RM’s intelligence is deployed ahead of investments, M&A, capital markets transactions, joint venture partnerships, market entry, and other high-value commercial decisions. The practice provides investigative due diligence and adjacent services to leading private equity firms, corporate M&A teams, investment banks, institutional investors, and law firms.
  • The firm’s Cyber Security practice was established in 2014 to provide cyber advisory, cyber incident response, digital forensics, cyber due diligence and cyber testing support to clients. The team works with many of the world’s largest insurance companies and private equity firms that are looking for support to improve cyber resilience and readiness in response to cyber crises.
  • Our Strategic Intelligence practice supports clients across a wide spectrum of industries. These include close collaboration with in-house intelligence teams at several major global corporations, large extractive sector clients, and the insurance sector.
  • In addition to its Deal Advisory, Strategic Intelligence, and Cyber Security practices, S-RM has expertise in both Disputes & Investigations and ESG. S-RM’s Disputes & Investigations team deploys intelligence in litigation, international arbitration, internal investigations and fraud-related investigations. The team works on many different types of dispute, including contractual; shareholder; joint venture; trademark or IP; family and investor state disputes. S-RM’s ESG team has more than a decade of experience managing ESG risks and building value, both for corporates and investors. They support businesses with ESG due diligence before investment or on their supply chain, and build ESG strategies and programmes, as well as conducting gap analysis on existing policies across business operations. They also have a dedicated human rights practice, which conducts human rights impact assessments, implements access to remedy solutions and supports meeting regulatory requirements.
