Corporate

We work with investment and divestment projects: greenfield and brownfield, mergers and acquisitions, negotiation, due diligence, organization, governance and commercial contracts. On a day-to-day basis, we act as the company's in-house legal counsel, reporting directly to shareholders and c-level executives.

Sports Law

With a multidisciplinary team, the office works both in project structuring and contract negotiation as well as in litigation involving several sports modalities, with great experience in Courts specialized in Sports Law.
