Drawing on the expertise of a skilled group of attorneys who are knowledgeable about construction law and have significant experience in the construction industry, the practice offers a broad range of services, including contract preparation and negotiation, bidding issues, change order and claim issues, insurance and surety questions, environmental issues, and dispute resolution.

Employee Benefit. UB Greensfelder helps employers – from small businesses to large corporations, and taxable and tax-exempt organizations – design, implement, and maintain various types of benefits plans and executive compensation programs.

Employment & Labor. The firm advises employers on employment and labor matters, ranging from proactive counseling to defending the most complex litigation matters, including matters related to allegations of wrongful termination and FLSA, OSHA, ERISA non-compliance, unlawful discrimination, workers’ compensation claims, unfair labor practice allegations, non-compete and trade secret disputes, and collective bargaining negotiations.

The group assists with consular processing, the defense of employers in Form I-9 compliance matters, complex waivers of inadmissibility, removal matters (including administrative trials and appeals), and federal court litigation.
