Unalome Legal has been set up in January 2022 as a boutique law firm specialised in employment law matters. It stands as one of the very few niche firms for employment law dedicated to advising employers. The firm assists national and international entrepreneurs and companies of all size and industry sector in all their operational and strategic HR legal issues.

The firm has specific expertise in dealing with complex labour law cases involving civil liability and criminal law aspects, such as employee fraud cases, and in workplace investigations, notably on harassment and discrimination cases. The team is also specialised in the set up and implementation of staff incentive schemes, in business transfers and restructuring, including collective redundancies, as well as in dealing with governance and partnership matters (notably management agreements, partnership agreements and partner exit process).

The firm has developed a network of business partners in Luxembourg (tax advisers, corporate and banking lawyers, HR consultants,...) having a similar business model, in order to be able to provide integrated offers and products.
