Capital Markets: We are experts in capital markets issues with an extensive knowledge of its regulation, its participants and in its offered products and services. This includes consultancy for securities issuance and advising about the legal risk of potential investments. We also participate in the negotiation of the agreements to achieve operations for our clients. In addition, we issue several legal opinions regarding capital market matters, in order that our clients can do or void financial operations.

Legal Compliance Services: We are the only law Firm that offers a Legal Compliance Services with a certified Quality Management System. Additionally, we developed the Custody Portfolio Control Software, which is a tool that allows participants of the Stock Market to mitigate operational risk, legal risk and to support the role of compliance. Finally, we provide financial advice by a team of professionals in legal, accounting and financial area.

Financial Training: Our Firm is building a strong reputation in training in capital markets issues. Specially, in obtaining the certification with the Autorregulador del Mercado de Valores for which the Firm has published 13 guidelines, including the first publication about Derivatives Transactions in Colombia and we have the first and only App in Financial Education.
