Recently advised Choice Hotels International in its proposal and subsequent exchange offer to acquire Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Take-Two Interactive Software in its $12.7 billion acquisition of Zynga; CMA CGM Group in its acquisition of most of Ingram Micro’s Commerce & Lifecycle Services business, valued at $3 billion; and Analytic Partners in connection with an investment by funds affiliated with Onex Corporation.
