Adams and Reese Partner Adam Massey advises clients in the areas of construction disputes, commercial litigation, products liability and personal injury defense. He is a first-chair trial attorney with significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state court, federal court, and arbitration proceedings throughout Texas. He focuses on guiding clients through strategies to best achieve business objectives, including pre-litigation discovery and negotiating settlements where litigation is best to be avoided. He represents manufacturers of building products, contractors, developers, and municipalities, among others.

Adam serves as national counsel of product liability litigation for a national HVAC manufacturer, managing lawyers and cases throughout the United States.
