Practice Areas
Co-head of Torys’ Technology Contracting Practice, Adam advises clients on outsourcing transactions and on the licensing and conveyancing of hardware, software and other intellectual property. He has played a leading role on major technology outsourcings undertaken by clients and has a long history of running large-scale transactions and consortium arrangements for Canada’s major financial institutions.
Adam is also the coordinator of Torys’ Corporate Department; in addition to his technology practice, he has extensive corporate and securities experience, supporting clients in public and private financings (including initial public offerings), shareholder arrangements and mergers and acquisitions.
