Practice Areas

Aek Tantisattamo is a partner of the Bangkok Office and joined the Tax Practice Group of Baker McKenzie in 2004. He provides legal advice on tax law, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning for outbound and inbound investments, customs, transfer pricing, and civil and commercial law. In addition, he has been involved in completing a number of major transactions, as well as resolving tax audits and disputes, involving careful handling and negotiation with the Thai Revenue Department.

Career

Before joining Baker McKenzie, Aek practiced at another well-known international law firm in Bangkok. He has over 18 years of experience working in international law firms. For more than 15 years, Aek has also been invited as a regular lecturer for taxation law class at Chulalongkorn University.
