Akihiko Takamatsu is a counsel in general banking and finance, asset finance, projects, insolvency and restructuring and financial regulatory practices based in Tokyo. He regularly advises banks, other types of financiers, ECAs, operating lessors and investors in all aspects of asset finance and leasing, in particular, in relation to the Japanese market of aviation and maritime. He also regularly advises various international institutions (in particular, banks and sponsors) in general banking, projects, financial regulation and insolvency and restructuring matters.
