Lloyds Banking Group plc as agent and arranger, and for lenders in respect of syndicated debt facilities of £GBP 135m on pan-European owner and supplier of telecommunications masts.

Royal Bank of Scotland plc in £GBP 80m senior secured facilities to major UK real estate investment company, and in respect of multiple acquisitions made by them.

Agent, arranger and lenders in provision of more than £250m of (i) acquisition finance on the MBO of UK chain of petrol stations and (ii) two portfolio acquisitions of over 400 properties made by the Borrower.

A borrower in circa £GBP 350m refinancing of a household name “trophy” London hotel, and associated inter-group financing.

A mid-market UK Private Equity house on the $USD 20m financing of Newco, following Newco’s acquisition of entire issued share capital of market leading global technology company, providing video cameras for oil and gas well exploration.

A major UK house builder on their £GBP 150m financing, in conjunction with the purchase of their entire issued share capital by major private equity house.

Practice Areas

Alan Fulton is a partner in our Finance team, having been with the firm since qualification. He acts for lenders, sponsors and borrowers, and is recommended for his encyclopaedic knowledge of the banking sector.
