Chair emeritus, Antitrust, Competition Franchising and Marketing practice. Over 55 years’ experience in antitrust, franchising, general commercial litigation, counseling, and related transactions. Represents franchisors in negotiated, litigated, and arbitrated disputes with franchisees and third parties and domestic and international activities. Has acted for McDonald’s, Pella Corporation, Purina Animal Nutrition, InterContinental Hotels and other franchisors and manufacturers.

Career

Joined Dentons in 1966. 1964-66 law clerk to Honorable Hubert L Will, US District Judge (Northern District of Illinois). Frequent speaker on antitrust topics, including marketing, distribution, franchising, litigation and insurance.
