Alejandro Manayalle specializes in antitrust, energy, infrastructure, public-private partnerships and international arbitration.
He has represented international companies in bids and tenders for infrastructure and energy concessions, as well as in the design of public-private partnerships. Alejandro has important experience in port and electric projects, and in representing investors in international controversies.
He worked as an international lawyer at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York (2012-2013). There, he was member of the arbitration and international litigation team, with special emphasis on investment disputes in complex transnational controversies.
He is professor of the Mining and Energy Law course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Alejandro has been recognized by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 as leading specialist in Regulations, Competition and Transportation Infrastructure.
