Amanda Rosenberg focuses her practice on the development, financing and sale and acquisition of renewable and clean energy projects, with an emphasis on the tax aspects of energy finance deals, energy tax credits, government incentive programs, energy M&A and domestic and international project finance transactions. Amanda regularly represents sponsors, investors, buyers and seller and lenders in project finance transactions.
