Career

Américo Oliveira Fragoso joined VdA in 2013 and is the Co-Head Partner of the Labour practice.

Américo has been assisting clients in various areas of Labour Law and Social Security Law, including both individual and collective employment relations. He also represents domestic and foreign clients in numerous corporate restructuring procedures related to the acquisition and sale of companies or undertakings, conducts dismissal proceedings, and is regularly involved in the planning and execution of corporate pension schemes and benefits. Additionally, he represents clients in employment litigation.
