Amy Hargreaves, San Diego Local Litigation & Trial Department Chair, helps clients navigate internal investigations, False Claims Act defense, and compliance-related matters within the healthcare industry.

She assists clients within the healthcare industry with internal investigations, government investigations, OIG and CMS self-disclosures, compliance program development, and referral source/HCP relationship advising.

Ms. Hargreaves spends the majority of her time defending her clients against False Claims Act qui tam investigations and litigations.

Her clients include large hospital systems as well as medical device and pharmaceutical companies at varying stages of development.

Ms. Hargreaves has advised clients on a wide range of compliance issues, from the proper structuring of physician arrangements, to the development of compliant billing and coding processes, to the development of pharmaceutical and medical device promotion practices.
