Ana is specialized in Labour and Social Security employment law with more than 28 years of experience in providing strategic advice to both national and international companies on labour law matters. She stands out especially for her extensive experience and involvement in business reorganisation processes and collective negotiation with Unions in general as well as regularly advising multinational companies on complex litigation and strategic employment aspects relating to large commercial transactions. She has been involved in a large number of company’s organizational changes, given legal advice and support not only during the phase of analyse in order to determine the legal consequences of the different alternatives and how to implement it but also during the implementation of the decision adopted, in relation with employees, worker’s representatives, procedures of EREs, substantial modifications of the labour conditions, agreements, negotiations, transfers, redundancies, etc.

She is also an expert litigation lawyer before Labour Tribunals and a labour consultant on the day to day running of Companies (employment contracts, Top Executives, redundancies, substantia modifications of the employment contracts, equality rights, rights of the workers representatives, etc).
